Thank you for your interest in promoting AffiliatesForYou.com. By joining our affiliate program, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read carefully.

1. Commission Rate

Affiliates earn a 50% commission on all qualifying sales of eligible digital products, including:

  • List Builder Jumpstart

  • List Builder Pro

  • Any additional offers we may release in the future

Commissions are calculated on the product subtotal (excluding taxes or processing fees).

2. Payouts

  • Payout Method: Commissions are paid via PayPal

  • Holding Period: There is a 30-day delay before payout to allow time for refunds or chargebacks

  • Minimum Threshold: There is no payout minimum, but a valid PayPal email is required

  • Affiliates are responsible for keeping their payment information up to date.

3. Promotional Guidelines

We welcome ethical promotion through blogs, emails, YouTube, social media, and paid ads (with restrictions below).

Do NOT:

  • Send spam or cold email blasts

  • Make false income claims or mislead potential buyers

  • Use brand names or URLs (like “AffiliatesForYou,” “List Builder Jumpstart,” or “List Builder Pro”) in paid search ads

  • Create fake testimonials, inflated urgency, or false scarcity

  • Use traffic methods that are deceptive, fraudulent, or violate the FTC guidelines

  • Promote on “coupon-only” or incentive-based sites without prior written approval

Do:

  • Disclose your affiliate relationship (FTC guidelines require this)

  • Use honest and helpful promotions that reflect your genuine experience

  • Focus on value, not hype

  • Only promote to audiences that are a good fit for our products

  • Maintain an active and relevant online presence that shows you are a genuine content creator or marketer

4. Tracking & Attribution

  • Tracking is managed by SureCart’s built-in affiliate system

  • You’ll receive a unique referral link

  • We use a 30-day cookie window — if a user purchases within 30 days of clicking your link, you’ll receive credit

  • Attribution is based on last click

  • Please ensure your links are working correctly before promoting.

5. Account Termination

We reserve the right to terminate any affiliate account that:

  • Violates these terms

  • Engages in unethical, misleading, or illegal practices

  • Has no clear content or audience related to our niche

  • Uses promotional methods we consider harmful to our brand’s reputation

  • Damages our reputation or misrepresents our brand

Terminated affiliates may forfeit any unpaid commissions. No warning is required before removal.

6. Program Updates

T & C Trust, LLC may update or revise this program, including commission rates, structure, or eligibility criteria, at any time. Affiliates will be notified by email of any material changes.
